Tri-Coastal Design’s production teams are your around-the-clock connection to our factories across the globe. When they’re not coordinating orders with clients, these teams are in constant contact with our partner factories, working to assure that orders are being met, if prices can be lowered, and if turnaround can be improved. When the occasional wrinkle needs smoothing out in a factory or warehouse, the production experts come in to iron everything out.
The staggering amount of detail and specificity these production teams require has necessitated the creation and upkeep of our own software, a program that integrates our sales, production, and fulfillment teams as if they were a single unit acting in harmony. With this program’s help (and with continued tweaking and additions from our brilliant IT employees), we’ve streamlined our processes to make even the most complex order a matter of a few keystrokes.
That doesn’t mean our production teams are content to let the computers do all the work, however. Multi-lingual contact points all along the process ensure each order’s successful completion, until our product is on your shelf. Our only measure of success is our clients’ sales.
